H1 is a hybrid coffee that was created in the early 2000's in a collaboration between Guatemala Nicaragua and cirad of France.
The idea of this variety was to create a highly productive variety with a nice good coffee flavor.
The La Soledad estate tried this variety in 2008 for the first time to see how this coffee will adapt to their weather conditions.
On their first two years of testing this variety they saw the potential in new falvors, the nice citric acidty and round body, with great sugary notes, and a nice white peach aftertaste.
We've been waiting since 2018 to meet Soledad Farm's coffee, and finally we are able to introduce their coffee this year.
This coffee has great balance and sweetnees.
